Partnership

Partnership formats for Google Play

We consider two partnership formats for developer accounts: transfer of ownership rights or long-term lease. Terms are fixed in a contract and agreed in advance.

1. Transfer of ownership rights (sale)

This format provides a transfer of rights to the account (or to a legal entity/control, depending on structure) under agreed terms. Before the deal, we review the account status and history, as well as compliance with platform requirements.

Key principle: transparent history and documented ownership. We do not work with accounts of questionable origin.

2. Long-term lease (from 1 year)

This format grants access to the account for a term of at least one year for a fixed annual fee. Access parameters, responsibilities, term, and payments are fixed in the contract.

We align operational details in advance: communication flow, oversight, procedures, and checkpoints.

How it works

A clear process so both sides understand the steps and timelines.

  1. Contact

You briefly describe the format (sale/lease) and the key account parameters.

  2. Review

We assess account history and status, requirements compliance, risks, and restrictions.

  3. Terms

We fix parameters: term, price, roles, responsibilities, access and control flow.

  4. Contract

Legal documentation and kickoff of cooperation under the agreed process.

Account criteria

  • Verified origin and a clear ownership structure
  • Transparent history: no critical violations or hidden restrictions
  • Available for review: core data, statuses, publication history
  • Readiness for a contract and a clear responsibility model
  • Technical ability to organize access and control per the process

If there are nuances on any points, it is better to discuss them right away so the assessment is accurate.

Transparency

We build cooperation on legal clarity: terms, timelines, and responsibility boundaries are fixed in writing. This reduces risks and saves time for both sides.

We do not provide advice on bypassing platform rules. We work only within agreements and acceptable practices.
